Just like every year, tall ships are currently gracing Boston Harbor. Forty-five vessels from 17 countries have arrived in the Boston Harbor for Sail Boston 2009, which takes place from July 8 to 13. These Tall Ships started from Spain in May as part of the Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge, a trans-Atlantic regatta. From Boston, the ships will proceed to Halifax, Nova Scotia on July 13. The regatta will end in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The ships are docked in various piers and wharfs in Boston Harbor. I went to Boston’s Seaport World Trade Center today to see some of the ships and took some pictures which I am sharing here with fellow Xangans. If interested, you can see the full-size, high resolution pictures at:

I love the tall ships. We toured the Constitution the last time we were in Boston.
The sail ships have much elegance and it is always a pleasure for the eyes to gaze them .
So you are totaly free since you are retired . Enjoy .
