  • Good morning, you do have really beautiful grandchildren, I also noticed talented musically.  I imagine you did the graphic in this entry and it is really lovely.  You might enjoy the challenge groups I belong to, working with them from my photo site.

It sounds from your comment on my site you have many physical things bothering you and I am so sorry.  Being ill or not feeling well they say is not for the less than courageous.  Having had a few things bothering me over the years I can testify to the truth in that statement.  I hope some of your problems can be resolved over time helping you feel better.

You seem to be amazingly talented in many computer areas.  The computer has been a gift to me as well.  My husband managed over quite a few years of trying to get me to jump into the water and play.  It didn’t take me too long to be hooked when I discovered the artistic side of computing.  I love my camera and my art programs and have done a bit of webpage building.  The costly side of computing needs to be cut back.  Age and spending a lot of money don’t go well together if you are of more average means.

Tutorials for IE, I have done a few and have mine on some of my pages for the seniors to read.  I don’t think many bother with them but I tried.  I will check out the links you left for me.  About my pages, I know the links are difficult to find as my page does keep a busy background.  If you use IE the new 7 has a magnification option in the status bar, bottom right.  It does help with most of the links on the page.  I have tried to get Xanga to add tabled background area for the links as they could then be of a solid color, like the search option on the page.  So far, nothing has come of my suggestion.  Possibly some of the new page options they offer have something like it but I prefer to decorate my pages my way so I suppose a tabled background for me isn’t going to happen.  I do apologize for links being so difficult to find.  I will mention I do have a color coded background that shows up when you find them and just doing a feel with the cursor at the very bottom of an entry should help discover them.

I hope you are getting some benefit from the seniors ring.  Lovely people in the group.

    Regards,

    Becca
