Ken Jennings
I salute you, Ken Jennings. Winning “Jeopardy!” in 74 (or is it 73?) consecutive games is no ordinary feat and I don’t think anybody, at least in near future, can break your record. I hope Guiness Book of World Records makes a category for winning in “Jeopardy!”, and puts your name as the record holder in that category. Your winnings of over $2.5 millions is also a record and shows how intelligently you made your wagers. But personally, I am impressed on the number of times you won. Some may say, it was partly luck. Yes, may be partly, but luck can help one in this type of a game only very slightly. It is basically vastness of your knowledge in practically any subject, which some might call a solid general knowledge. Your reflexes had to be strong too because you had shown tremendous skill with the signalling button, which is a required skill in this game. The following is just a few statistics of your record run as an undefeated champion.
1. You gave over 2,700 correct responses during your winning spree.
2. Your average daily winnings were over $34,000.
3. You broke the previous daily winning record of $52,000 by winning $75,000 in your game #38.
I am only sorry that when you lost on Tuesday, you failed to respond to the Final Jeopardy answer correctly, which I thought was relatively easy. Even I knew the correct answer (i.e., What is H & R Block?) but that does not mean that I could have come up with the correct answer if I were put in your position and in front of the television cameras. I was just lucky to guess the correct answer in this particular case from the comfort and safety of my living room couch!!!
Once again, my hats off to you, Ken Jennings. You definitely have provided an example of how things can be made possible, to some people like me who are willing to learn from others.

Thanks, it is a good idea as a gift, it’s crazy how so many animals are in danger of extinction because of human actions.
